E-mail Communications
The following article outlines our e-mail response time and other email related problems and issues: e-mail communications with Unwiredtec

Payment Options
Unwiredtec accepts Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, ABA transfers, bank drafts, fax and several other available methods. Purchases in excess of USD 1000 can be accepted by Wire Transfer only. Source Development Licenses, Site Development Licenses, OEM Licenses or more than two Production Licenses require an invoice faxed to you by Unwiredtec, Inc. In addition, Source Development Licenses and OEM Licenses require a signed Licensing Agreement.

Software Delivery
Development, Site Development and Production License versions of our Software are delivered via email (electronic mail) within 24 hours (1 business day) after completion of purchase (i.e. when Unwiredtec staff is notified by email about the purchase). Source Code and OEM License versions of our Software are delivered to you via email within 48 hours (2 business days) after completion of purchase and after UnwiredTec receives a signed Licensing Agreement from you by fax, regular or priority mail. If payment notification is received on Friday, the Software will be delivered by Monday at noon (EST time, GMT -05:00).

Upgrades and Support Policy
The purchase price for Unwiredtec Software includes 1-year free email support and Compiled Software upgrades unless specified otherwise. Upgrades are normally delivered by email. Delivery on CD or other media can be provided at additional expense. (Please see your Licensing Agreement for information on Source Code and OEM License upgrade procedures.) The cost for upgrades and support after the first year is around 50% of the Software price then in effect, (discounts exist for Source Code and OEM Licenses) and are payable 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of your current service year.
